Today there are already more than 1,000 producers placing their trust in ECOTIC<\/a>, which further strengthens our position as benchmark system, both in Spain and in Europe.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We have engaged ourselves fully on this path to deliver excellence in management and, in partnership with other international players, have worked to improve the WEEE recycling and management sector. This partnership has been strengthened by the setting up of two European organisations of whom we are active members.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since 2015, we have been a founding member of WEEE Europe<\/a>, an organisation that provides advice to EPRCSs and producers in 30 European countries.<\/p>\n This has enabled us to increase the membership of producers of electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators in the European Union and to provide advice on compliance with country-specific requirements. We are also a member of the WEEE Forum<\/a>, the international benchmark association for Extended Producer Responsibility Collective Systems (EPRCS), which aims to align and improve the criteria for the management of electrical and electronic equipment and to promote studies, research and initiatives to raise social awareness.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201c<\/b>Today there are over 1000 member producers placing their trust in ECOTIC, <\/strong>which further strengthens our position as a benchmark system, not just in Spain, <\/strong>but in Europe too.<\/strong>\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In January 2022 we reached an important milestone by setting up ECOTIC Entidad Administradora S.L.<\/a> for the management of environmental services, a non-profit company created to improve the services we offer to producers of electrical and electronic equipment and collection points, which will optimise our organisational system by boosting synergies that will provide us with efficiency in the collection, producers through our Extended Producer Responsibility Collective System (EPRCS), for which we have national authorisation, while providing solutions to needs on a European level.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our management includes the development of systems for the collection, treatment and control of waste from member companies, as well as monitoring and advice so that they comply with all the responsibilities and legal obligations in force in environmental matters.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_separator type=”transparent”][vc_separator
